Dear Client,

I hope this message finds you well.

Today I am writing to inform you that I will be closing Sato and Associates by the end of 2012.

It is a personal matter, but I got married earlier this year and my husband accepted a new position in Washington State.  I have permanently relocated to Washington with him in April 2012 and will no longer accept new businesses.

If you still have ongoing businesses such as 2011 tax returns on extension, I will continue to work with you via email, fax, and the client portal until the tax returns are complete and delivered to you.  2011 tax returns with extension are due September 17, 2012 for corporations, S-corporations, and partnerships (September 15, 2012 for California returns) and October 17, 2012 for individuals.

For bookkeeping clients, I will continue to provide the service for another couple of month.  Once you find a new bookkeeper, I will be happy to talk to him/her to help with the transition.

Please remit the full balance if you have a balance due to Sato and Associates. Post Office may not successfully forward the mails sent to the old address (this seems to be the case - I have not received anything in about 2 weeks), so I am waiving the credit card processing fee if your payment check was returned to you or you simply would like to make a credit card payment.  Please let me know if you want to go with that option so I can send you an online invoice. Otherwise, the new mailing address is: 6810 Anthem St E, Fife, WA 98424.
